For example, we first assess factors which cause unnecessary attraction of pests (eg. general hygiene, waste disposal and housekeeping protocols in the food preparation areas), review routes of entry and access of pests into premises and attempt to address these rationally first rather than simply resorting to flagrant spraying of toxic pesticides everywhere as the initial option.

The target is a “one treatment lasts one year” level of control. It does require the area to be prepared beforehand, which we explain during the survey.

The annual contract is a results guarantee: if a problem appears during it, we keep coming back until it is resolved. The notice period and terms are written into the quotation before anything is signed.

The length depends on which system suits the building, which is what the site survey decides — and it is written into the quotation.
